The building dates back to the 1920’s and was built by Engelbert E. “Bert” Esser, an Aurora businessman and alderman who aided in the development of the southwest residential district.

Cats and dogs under 35 pounds are permissible. Reptiles, rodents (ie. hamsters) and birds are strictly prohibited. All other pets are at the discretion of the Landlord. Only 1 pet per unit.
